Nice base for discovering Beijing with very helpful and top-class staff with the service at the Kerry. Early check-in, parking in the hotel. Cool wines and beers in the wine bar, free parking place. Central location, just a pleasant stroll away from a beautifully landscaped park.

I had a pleasant experience staying at this place, the breakfast at the front desk was amazing and had a wide variety of delicious food, the rooms were spacious, modern, and had a very comfortable large bed.

The unit we got was really well appointed with a bath, a super large bathroom, an oversized bed. Central location of this very GOOD business hotel was a bonus. - You could walk to shopping centres and a small shopping mall.

The restaurant at the hotel had fantastic food at affordable prices. the bathroom was luxurious and very clean. the hotel's location was excellent, just a short walk away from China World Shopping Mall.

Themed, brand-new units provided with drinks, great view of CBD, for example. Set in a wonderful location walk from a subway station.

The breakfast was outstanding and marvellous, for all tastes and the staff was courteous. Location: the hotel was adjacent to " real " Beijing, a China World mall that houses restaurants like Crystal Jade, and the Forbidden City and Tiananmen square. Beijing CBD district was worth visiting. We stayed here before and would go back in flash.

The stay here was really really nice for holidays. The breakfast was amazingly good at Front Desk, with lots of food.

I was amazed by the excellent support provided by Snow Zhang and Mary Song at the business center. They took care of every detail and quickly completed all my requests. Their professionalism and quality service were outstanding. I highly recommend Kerry Hotel for a truly exceptional experience.

Its a good hotel but only suitable for business. Close to business and financial institutions.

The staff is knowledgeable and provides excellent service. The modern rooms are well-equipped with all the essentials. The breakfast offers a large variety of American dishes and other delicious foods.

Heavy re-construction inside the hotel probably until September 2011.Wouldn't stay there again until it is finished.

Great location! The hotel is situated in the heart of the city with easy access to nearby shopping malls and subway stations. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and well-functioning facilities. We were also impressed by the excellent selection of food and drinks offered at the hotel's onsite restaurant.

The hotel's breakfast buffet was a bit chaotic, with long queues and a lack of attentive service. while the hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful, their English proficiency could be improved.

Avoid staying on weekends and public holidays as the hotel becomes chaotic due to a kids' club in the building. The breakfast room gets crowded and there are long lines.
